DALLAS, Texas – The growth in popularity of girls/women’s hockey in the United States has lead to a surge of talent coming out of Texas and the Dallas Stars Elite Girls Tier I program. In this past 2019-2020 season, the Dallas Stars Elite Girls iced thirteen NCAA DI and four NCAA DIII Commitments. This type of success from one association is unprecedented. In an effort to celebrate the girls’ success and growth, we are pleased to announce the creation of a new website dedicated to the Dallas Stars Elite Girls. The new website can be found at https://StarsEliteGirlsHockey.comAdditionally, we are excited to launch our full social media collection.

We will employ our entire social media collection to celebrate the players’ individual accomplishments and to promote awareness of the unique sisterhood of the DSE Girls’ culture. We expect to have weekly updates, news releases, player blogs, pictures and videos on these platforms. We want to extend a special thank you to Adam Armstrong as the DSE Girls Technology Expert. He has been the backbone of the new website launch

DSE Girls Hockey Director Mike Salekin has commented “The foundation of our success is our continual devotion to searching for opportunities for improvement. Not only do we focus on developing our players to become incredibly skilled hockey players prepared to compete at the college–level; but to that end, our organization and process has been painstakingly developed so competing at the highest levels in the country as a team becomes our vehicle. We are immensely proud of what our organization has become today.   However, we remain committed to continued improvement and program enrichment in the future. We have solidified and improved the coaching staff each year and we are thrilled to have new additions for next season. Part of our planned improvements for the 2020-2021 season will include enhanced awareness of celebrating the players’ individual achievements and unique team-culture experiences. The program is so much more than the phenomenal hockey on the ice."

The Dallas Stars Elite Girls Hockey Club is thrilled to announce registration for our April 24-26th Prospect Camp.  The Camp will be used to begin assembling the 2020-2021 DSE Rosters. We are asking anyone interested in playing for the Dallas Stars Elite Girls in the 2020-2021 season to participate. We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation at the local and federal levels and are hopeful to be able to execute the camp.  If we are forced to postpone or cancel it, players will be refunded fully.  Refunds will also be honored in the event that a date change impacts a registered player’s ability to participate. Please provide the email address at sign up that you want to be used for future Prospect Camp communications.

Please see the 2020-2021 Dallas Stars Elite Girls Program below. The vision of the DSE Girls is to grow DFW girls’ hockey by maximizing team culture and player development to eventually advance players on to collegiate hockey. We do this by creating an atmosphere that promotes team culture, hard work, skill development, discipline, respect, teamwork, and fun.
