Girls Alumni Camp

Dear Parents,

We’re excited to invite your daughter to a special Girls Alumni Camp hosted by the Dallas Stars Elite Girls Alumni on Friday, July 18th.

Designed specifically for 10U and 12U girls, this unique experience offers the chance to train with former DSEG players who have competed — or are currently competing — at the NCAA level. Each coach brings over six years of travel hockey experience and will share valuable insights on what it takes to grow as a player, teammate, and leader.

This camp is more than just skill development — it’s a mentorship opportunity for your daughter to learn from role models who have walked the same path she’s on today.

Camp Schedule

Location: Valley Ranch Starscenter

Dryland Training: 9:00am – 10:00am

Ice Session #1: 10:30am – 11:45am

Lunch (Pack Something Healthy): 12:00pm– 12:30pm

Team Building: 12:30pm – 1:00pm

Shooting Room: 1:00pm – 1:30pm

Ice Session #2: 1:45pm – 3:00pm

Camp Highlights

On-ice skill development led by NCAA-level female players

Hockey-specific off-ice training (speed, power, agility, coordination)

Mentorship in goal setting, confidence, nutrition, and leadership

Team-building activities to foster fun and connection
